Maintenance and Operation Engineers Deliver PTS Training to Strengthen Client Maintenance Capability

Maintenance and Operation Engineers held a focused PTS training session for the clients on November 18, following the team’s assessment of challenges encountered in the client’s daily system operations. The session aimed to help on-site engineers build stronger skills in routine maintenance and troubleshooting to support stable long-term system performance.
The training was structured around five modules: System Configuration, System Working Steps, Main Control Operation, Common Faultsand Troubleshooting, and an open Q&A session. To set the tone, the session began with a Safety Moment, underscoring essential safety considerations in construction and engineering tasks and reinforcing the importance of safe operation before moving into technical topics.
In the technical modules, engineers introduced key system functions and walked through typical operational issues using real-world cases. These explanations helped clarify how each component works and how different conditions may affect system performance. The discussion became especially active during the troubleshooting portion, where engineers addressed detailed questions raised by the client. They explained the underlying logic of system behavior, helping participants better understand how to identify root causes and apply targeted solutions. Clients showed particular interest in understanding fault mechanisms and related optimization approaches, as well as practical matters such as communication cable installation during construction. Engineers provided specific recommendations based on past project experience and aligned them with the client’s actual operating conditions.
By the conclusion of the session, the client acknowledged that the training offered clear and practical guidance that would directly support ongoing system maintenance.
