MCBS has successfully commissioned its pneumatic tube system in South Korea, covering over 30,000 m², with customized design, arrival notification, and long-distance outdoor pipelines fully operational.

Project construction commenced in December 2025, with equipment installation and on-site commissioning carried out from February 10 to 28, 2026. Following comprehensive testing, the system demonstrated stable performance with a 100% task completion rate. It has since been formally handed over and integrated into the plant's daily production operations.
To ensure smooth implementation, MCBS dispatched an engineering team to the site to provide installation guidance, conduct system commissioning, and deliver operational training to the client's technical personnel.

From the planning and construction stages, the system was developed around the client’s production workflow and operational requirements. The solution included customized station layout planning, functional configuration, and component selection.

The overall design prioritized long-term operational stability and maintenance efficiency. Through optimized engineering configuration, the system delivers reliable performance while supporting cost-effective lifecycle management and sustainable plant logistics operations.
2.Arrival Notification Function for Large-Scale Facilities
The manufacturing facility covers over 30,000 square meters, requiring extended pipeline routes and distributed workstations across multiple areas. In such an environment, containers arriving at a station may not be immediately noticed, potentially affecting workflow continuity.
To address this, MCBS integrated an arrival notification function into the system. In noisy factory conditions, audible and visual alerts notify personnel who are not stationed nearby, enabling timely retrieval of carriers. This function improves sending and receiving efficiency while enhancing overall process visibility and operational control.
3.Long-Distance Outdoor Pipeline Installation Across Buildings
Due to the scale of the facility, the pipeline network spans long distances and connects multiple buildings, with certain sections installed outdoors.
To ensure reliable operation under varying environmental conditions, specialized protective materials were applied to outdoor pipeline sections. During commissioning, the engineering team conducted detailed inspections of installation quality and protective measures to ensure system integrity and compliance with operational standards.

On-Site Implementation and System Validation
Upon arrival, the MCBS engineering team carried out a comprehensive inspection and validation process, including:
·Verification of installation details and safety compliance
·Confirmation and marking of wiring diagrams
·Communication quality testing
·Full system integration and functional testing
·Operational training for client personnel
During the final testing phase, all transmission tasks were successfully completed with zero failed dispatch records. Following client confirmation, the system was formally accepted and placed into routine production use.
